How much ETH or Matic or Binance Coin should I purchase to use NFTically?
We recommend purchasing between .05 and .1 ETH to cover minting and listing fees for Ethereum Blockchain. 3-5 Matic Coins if you are using Polygon Blockchain. 0.5-1.0 Binance Coin if you are using Binance Smart Chain. These fees go directly to Blockchain miners who provide the computer power which is necessary to verify transactions and keep the network running; NFTically does not receive a percentage. Everything you do on Blockchain will incur a fee, try and plan accordingly.
I minted a piece on NFTically and just received a bid on OpenSea, what do I do?
Once you have minted a piece on NFTically, the work will also be available for others to make offers on the work through OpenSea or Rarible. NFTs are publicly available, and can appear across multiple platforms. Read our note about public information on the blockchain here. You are free to accept bids on OpenSea and Rarible, however, note that if you do, the NFT will no longer be visible on yo
Why does my work also show up on Opensea and Rarible?

What is gas? Why does the price fluctuate?
If you are using Ethereum as your preferred blockchain while listing your NFTs, then ‘Gas’ is the fee which Ethereum as a blockchain platform charges for conducting successful transactions. This fee is charged for the miners who make it possible to carry on with the transactions smoothly on the blockchain. It is important to note here that NFTically does not have any share in this fee. How can I avoid minting my piece twice?
When you mint your NFT, there will be a brief waiting period as the transaction processes. If you don't pay enough gas or if gas prices change on the Blockchain right when you're minting the piece, the process will be slow. Every transaction that you execute from your wallet happens in sequential order—which means you must wait for each transaction to be completed before another one starts. What are the artwork requirements or artwork specs on NFTically?
We accept file types in JPG, PNG or MP4 format and file sizes up to 50MB. For still images, a ~3000 px width is ideal. For video, 1080p or 4K is best. The file that’s associated with the NFT will not be a compressed version even though we render an optimized version for performance reasons on our website.
Can I sell physical items attached to my NFT on NFTically?
As the creator, you have the option to offer physical goods along with your NFT—although you’ll need to handle shipping details and processes yourself. Keep in mind collectors sometimes choose to remain anonymous and it is up to you to contact the collector and make any arrangements for delivery. This can be complicated once the piece is sold on the secondary market. Collectors may not produce any type of physical or commercial products related to the NFTs they purchase.
How do I log in to NFTically?
Rather than using an email and password to log in to NFTically, you’ll instead need to connect your respective Blockchain wallet using the public wallet address you want to be associated with your account. Someone hacked into my wallet. What should I do?
If you believe your wallet has been hacked and you can still access it, immediately transfer any assets out to another wallet that only you control. Do not send any crypto assets to the wallet that has been compromised. If you are still able to access the wallet, you will still maintain access to your profile on NFTically. Since you will need to migrate to a new wallet, you can follow these steps below to keep your username and wipe the compromised account of all of your information. D
If I link a different wallet to NFTIcally via WalletConnect, how does that affect the provenance of my previous NFTs?
Currently, you can only have one wallet associated with your NFTically profile. This is important for providing clear provenance to all of the NFTs you mint with NFTically. Your public key associated with your wallet is your digital signature and is tied to all of the NFTs you create.
Can galleries and record labels create profiles on NFTically?
On NFTically, we offer creator and collector profiles. There are ways that galleries, record labels, or curators, etc, could operate from a creator profile as long as they have the right to mint works on the artist’s behalf. It would be up to the organization to distribute any earnings from sales to their creators.
What imagery is unacceptable on NFTically?
We do not allow imagery that falls under any category of unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, excessively violent, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable content. Can I use NFTically on mobile?
Yes, You can use WalletConnect to connect your MetaMask wallet & use our platform on the Mobile.
How do I contact an anonymous collector?
You’ll notice some collectors on NFTically choose to stay anonymous. We protect their privacy, but realize it can complicate creators’ delivery of certain elements of artworks. Here are a few things we suggest you try if you need to contact an anonymous collector: Post a tweet letting them know you’d like to connect, and make sure your DMs are open. Put an update on your personal site or portfolio and add a contact form.
Can I sell my work on NiftyGateway?
NiftyGateway uses custodial wallets and therefore they do not support the ability for users to display or list NFTs that were minted on other platforms.
Can I get a refund on gas fees?
No, we’re not able to provide refunds. You’re transacting directly with the blockchain through your own wallet, and the seller of the art is completely responsible for all transactions.

Why is it important to verify your creator account on NFTically?
Verifying your account on NFTically is important not only for creators, but also for collectors. Verification gives your profile authenticity and validates you as the original creator of the works that you mint and list. Additionally, it makes collectors more inclined to bid with confidence. All creators must verify their NFTically account using Twitter or Instagram in order to mint NFTs.
Can I cancel a pending transaction?
Transactions such as minting, listing, and burning take place through your MetaMask wallet directly on the Blockchain. We recommend visiting Etherscan and searching your public key to find details about your transaction, including an estimate on when it should be confirmed. You can learn more about cancelling transactions on the MetaMask website.
How can I access NFTically through my mobile device?

Does NFTically have a token?
No. NFTically does not currently have a token.
How can I keep track of my transactions on the blockchain?
Go to Etherscan using this link and enter your public key (also known as “wallet address”) in the search bar. Here, you’ll be able to see all of the transactions that have been executed with your wallet, both incoming and outgoing. To find incoming transactions, such as payments from settled auctions or returned bids, click on the “Internal TXNS” tab.
Can I change the preview image for my work?
The preview image is selected automatically. Before you mint a piece, you’ll have the option to preview the work on the Artwork page. We recommend reviewing both the thumbnail and the Artwork page before you carry out the mint transaction.
How can I speed up a transaction?
If you have submitted a transaction to the Blockchain and would like to speed up the time it takes to finalize, you have the ability to do so by increasing the gas price associated with the transaction. To speed up a pending transaction, you'll need to navigate to the MetaMask browser extension and click the "Activity" tab. Once there, any pending transactions will be listed. You'll see the option to speed up your transaction, which you will need to pay an additional gas fee to submit. It is i
Why do videos not load on my mobile device?
When you are in battery save mode on an iPhone, videos will not automatically play as you are scrolling through the website. If you turn off battery save mode, videos will play automatically.
Can I transfer my creator account to a new wallet?
Think of your wallet as being your unique login and verification for NFTically. The wallet address that you provide when setting up your profile is unique to you and your account on NFTically, and you are the only one who has access to it. In order to maintain proper verification, we don't currently support account transfers to new wallets.
What happens if my transaction is "dropped"?
If the transaction didn't go through, which could be caused by a low gas fee, you should not be charged for anything. You will still be charged a gas fee which goes to Ethereum if there's an error. NFTically does not collect this amount. There’s more information on how to handle “dropped transactions” on Etherscan’s website.
I have a bunch of transactions that are pending, what do I do?
Every transaction that you execute from your wallet happens in sequential order—which means you must wait for each transaction to be completed before another one starts. If you have multiple transactions pending, you can open MetaMask, click on “Activity,” and then scroll down to find the first pending transaction that you enabled.
